When I began exercising in 1994 I had a calendar I would mark an X on the day I exercised, lifted weights and stayed under 2,000 calories and it felt good filling the week, month up with all those XXXX. I still have my first calendar from 1994. It's good to look back and feel so accomplished. I actually use this in my life, have for 14 years.
