Hey Jeff,

Thanks for sharing, I thought I was the only one having continuous streams of sweat pouring off me, so it is good to learn I am not alone.

You have some 'typical' issues here man - wouldn't be at all surprised if there are thousands of others with similar problems that have caused them to pause for thought as we enter the next decade.
The question surely is, what do you plan to DO about these things.
One thing is certain - there is unlikely to be any change in anything without some different ACTION

Cool -- I have to make it happen no matter what! And, I still have no girlfriend or room in my life for one. You do know I teach, therefore I have no leverage with scheduling work hours. I love teaching - called in the mission. Holla!!!

Hard.

I have to be at work at 7:00, the gym opens at 6 and I owuldn't be able to get a routine in that quickly. I really love to do exerswim routines, except -- Black women and hair! Honey, the "do" has to be done in crowning glory and it wouldn't work out that early or quickly in the AM. I have locs now, still they are gorgeous and tastefully coiffed. Have you moved back over on the East side yet? Love you.

Easy.

On commute days, I get up at 4a, work on the book until 6a, get ready for work, commute to San Jose, do cardio at the company gym (30-45 minutes, depending on time), and usually at my desk shortly after 9.

On non-commute days, I get up at 4a, work on the book until 6a, go to the gym, do cardio (45m), weight train (45-60m), get ready for work, and I'm at my desk in my apartment around 9.
